An opportunity has arisen to join the Frontier team, based at Holbeach. We are looking for a Contracting Operative to join us on a permanent full-time basis.

Due to continued growth within contract services, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our contract spraying team. The role would ideally suit someone who has a passion for agriculture who is looking for a career within the industry preferable with previous experience of spraying and or tractor work looking to join an industry leading business.

The role will be an integral part of the contract services operation. As well as becoming a fully trained sprayer operator. The role primarily is operating bowsers and relief sprayer operation. It is anticipated this will develop into a front-line operative role.

You will also provide a high level of professionalism through excellent customer service to our growers, high level of attention to detail, taking responsibility and using your own initiative to ensure operational efficiently whilst always remaining safe and legal. During our peak season the role will involve addition hours.
- PA1 and PA2 qualified although full training will be given.
- Experience of operating farm machinery.
- Ability to work well under pressure in an ever-changing environment.

**The role - Key responsibilities**
- Movement of liquid fertiliser, water and chemistry to support spraying operation.
- Potato haulm flailing.
- Out of season activities will include operating potato fogging equipment and soil sampling.
