We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell additional products or specials
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for the next guest
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Culinary knowledge is a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £9.30-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 2 per week
