**Job Title: Tarmac Paver Operator**

**Location: South of the UK (Travel Required to Various Construction Sites)**

Are you an experienced and skilled Tarmac Paver Operator looking for a new opportunity in the construction industry? **NCS People** - (**Part of the Pertemps Network**) are seeking a motivated individual to join one of our fantastic clients as a Tarmac Paver Operator. In this role, you will not only operate Tarmac Paving equipment but also play a crucial role in equipment maintenance and changes. If you have a strong background in equipment operation, a general knowledge of **Tarmac** paving equipment, and are ready for a challenging yet rewarding position, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate Tarmac Paving equipment efficiently and safely.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and paver changes.
- Perform various general labourer duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in operating heavy equipment, with a focus on Tarmac Paving.
- General knowledge of paving equipment and processes.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- CDL license preferred.
- Full driving license required.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Willingness to travel to various construction sites within the South of the UK.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
