A friendly, rural school near Wigton are looking for a Early year practitioner/teaching assistant to join their nursery class. The role will be working 1:1 with a young child who has severe SEND needs; therefore experience is essential.

Experience with complex SEND needs and working with young children is essential for this role although some appropriate training will be given.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications and experience in working within education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with young learners
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of the children
