The Lead Retoucher will be responsible for delivering world-class content across multiple platforms and channels within the JD Group. Working within a busy studio environment, your day-to-day duties will include taking responsibility and ownership for all imagery assets created, ensuring these follow the strict guidelines, across ecom, social and campaigns imagery.
- Job Title - Lead Retoucher
- Location - The Sharp Project, M40 5BJ
- Working rota - Monday to Friday
- Working hours - 40hrs per week

**What you'll be doing**:

- Responsible for delivering retouch projects across a range of disciplines, including Campaigns, E-commerce, Social, Model and Product Creative.
- Ensure all retouching projects, including campaigns, social and E-commerce, consistently meet the high-quality standards outlined in JD Group guidelines and creative requirements.
- Reporting on throughput and team KPIs to the Head of Retouch. Providing relevant training and development to improve performance where required.

**What we're looking for**:

- Strong managerial ability.
- Proven experience within a similar role.
- An exceptional eye for detail and attention with expert knowledge of Photoshop and the Adobe Suite.
