Main Responsibilities:

- Guide customers through the process of buying their next car, by building relationships and presenting our available products and services to help them make a great decision.
- Maintain communication with **hot** leads via our customer relationship management system.
- Arrange appointments and test drives.
- Gather information from customers to qualify their needs and set agendas.
- Own the process from a lead to sale, ensuring your cars are ready and meet agreed standards before being handed over.
- Create your own lead generation strategy to attract new business and build customer network.
- Gain FCA accreditation to maintain compliance and gain an in depth understanding of car finance products to provide to customers.

The mindset is the most important thing to maintain in sales, luckily we do that at the start of each day in our Sales Huddle, we share our must achieves for the day and any top stuck challenges - a problem shared is a problem halved and as part of our culture we are all interdependent of each other and here to help. We plot the day on paper before its even started, this will find you going the extra mile in all you do (not just work).

You will:
Have a full & valid UK Driving licence. Be able commute to BL8 1SW

**Salary**: Up to £45,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
