Poolhall recruitment are looking for an experienced Appointment setter on behalf of a a company that helps people create their own marketing franchise. **This role is commission only**

Your role will have you calling potential clients **who are interested **in setting up their own marketing franchise with our client and book their appointment with a telesales consultant.

A very desirable commission scheme that will rewards the high performers in the team, you will take around 100 calls per day and are only required to set 3 appointments per day.

**Requirements**:

- Over 1 years outbound call centre experience
- Proven track record in sales
- Excellent with details and follow-thru to completion of projects
- Polite and well mannered telephone demeaner
- Consistently hit targets and maintaining KPI's.
- Objection handling, Rapport Building, Time Management are key.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham City Centre, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
