Handyman/woman/maintenance

**About Company & Locations**:
A large facilities maintenance contractor are currently seeking a Handyperson on a permanent basis to work on two sites in Avonmouth and Filton.

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at Avonmouth site.

Thursday and Friday at Filton site.

**Duties**:
Daily PPMs (water temp check, fire alarm weekly test, emergency light checks etc)

Reactive tasks covering carpentry, plumbing, general fabric works from carpet tiles, ceiling tiles replacement to name a few.

Key is understanding of RAMS, as issuing of working permits will be key for both sites (training will be given).

**Salary & details**:
Reporting to Site Supervisor

40 hours per week Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm that includes 1 hour for lunch

£26,000 - £28,500 depending on experience

Pension scheme

Standby 1-8 at £100 per week and then 4 hour call out

Working, as part of a team and being proactive in a demanding manufacturing arena.

Must be self-motivated, as part of the current team.
