**JOB SUMMARY**

If you have previous Supervisory Experience or believe you have an aptitude to manage a small team, we want to hear from you

**Please note this role requires shift working, on a weekly rotation basis. **_We are likely to move to a 7 day working pattern as the business grows_**

**Week 1 Monday to Friday - 6 AM to 2 PM (early shift)**

**Week 2 Monday to Friday - 2 PM to 10 PM (late shift)**

**Week 3 Sunday to Thursday - 10 PM to 6 AM (night shift)**

**Shift premiums are paid accordingly**

**What you’ll do**:

- Make or influence important decisions within the department
- Follow and maintain inspection systems, procedures & schedules to ensure that the highest standards of housekeeping, product quality and safety are maintained
- Monitor production processes and methods, propose improvements and highlight to Shift Leader problem formulations for modification that cause production difficulties
- Perform routine cycle counts, maintain stock location accuracy and enforce good stock management practices
- Liaise with Quality Control to complete product adjustment to meet specification
- Assist maintenance technicians in performing maintenance and repair
- Observe the Company Safety and Environment policies to provide a healthy and safe working environment for all on site

**What you'll bring**:

- Supervisory Experience or ability to manage a small team
- 3 GCSE Qualifications A-C grade or equivalent
- Ideally, knowledge of GMP and food hygiene systems/procedures. COSHH & HACCP
- An affinity for Team work and problem solving as well as a forward - thinking attitude
