FRS are recruiting a Finance Administrator for a business based in Kenilworth, CV8. The business are offering hybrid working with lots of flexibility and the salary is banded at £21-22,500.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for providing Finance Admin support to the Accounts department. Ideally you will have 2-3 years experience working within an Accounts department & experienced with Sage and MS Excel.

**Duties will include**:

- Raising sales invoices and processing them onto Sage within agreed timescales
- Resolving customer queries, raising credit notes for ensuring the relevant departments are aware of any issues that pop up
- Support the Head of Finance with producing management reports
- Support the Accounts department with updating price lists & creating new products in Sage
- Processing petty cash & expenses

**This has the opportunity to become a progressive role with future responsibilities including**:

- Monthly journals
- Cashbook transactions
- Accruals / Prepayments
- VAT reconciliation
- Data analysis
- Assisting with the production of Management Accounts
