Monday - Friday

Lettings Consultant responsibilities:

- Recording enquiry source and applicant info in bespoke company data source documents
- Vetting of applicants prior to viewing to ensure company standards and requirements are met
- Liaise with landlords and tenants when required with regular feedback
- Oversee website and portal management to ensure property listings remain up to date at all times
- Carry out marketing photography and make the properties live onto the market

Essential experience:

- Previous experience working in lettings or property management
- Strong interest to develop your skills in the property sector
- Methodical
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Highly computer literate
- Friendly and personable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good phone manner
- Understand how to prioritise an urgent task
