**Graduate Design Engineer Required.**

Our client are specialists in the design & manufacture of an impressive range of Chillers, Fan Convectors, Fan coils, Radiant Panels & Trench Perimeter Heating. They are the lead supplier to Hospitals, Airports, Schools, Factories & Warehouses. Due to theiron-going growth & success, they are now looking for a Graduate Design Engineer to join their team.

**Graduate Design Engineer - Position Overview**
- To work within the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance System
- To assist in or oversee the development of new product ranges and special variants of existing products from conception to launch, including the production of CADmodels, fabrication drawings, sales drawings, and other drawings, as may be required, usingthe Inventor CAD system.
- To oversee data input into the Manufacturing data system, including part creation,constructing bills of materials and routings.
- To oversee the issue of drawings and Bills of Materials using the engineeringNotification of Change (NOC) system, including the approving of drawings and thechecking of NOCs
- To oversee the testing of Heating & Cooling prototype and pre-production units.
- Process and evaluate results of testing.
- To create punch press programs using the Radan CNC package directly from the Inventor flat pattern output.

**Graduate Design Engineer - Position Requirements**
- Qualified to a minimum HNC in Mechanical Engineering
- Strongunderstanding of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and electrical technology.
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor or similar 3D modelling package
- CAD CAMsystems experience
- Experience of air conditioning products and sheet metal fabrication will be preferred

**Graduate Design Engineer - Position Remuneration**
- Salary: £22K - £25K

- Mon-Thu 8am-5pm 1hr Lunch & Fri 8am-1pm / Mon-Thu 8:30am-5pm 30m Lunch & Fri 8:30am-1:30pm
