We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Team Leader** to join our team here at **iBC Healthcare** at one of our Leicester Supported Living locations in LE4

**Requirements: A driving licence and previous care experience is needed for this specific role.**

**Contract: 40** hrs a week.

**Pay**:£13.65 an hour

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
- Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
- Proactive person who can use your own decision making
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Good Attitude and work ethic
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Empathetic to people and kind
- Good communication skills
- A desire to genuinely help other people and make a difference
- Experience working with rotas
- Experience with leading a team
- Previous experience completing supervisions and spot checks
