Commercial Kitchen Designer

**ULVERSTON/CUMBRIA**

We are looking to recruit for a full time kitchen designer to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for supporting our Project Manager and Solution Co-ordinators with the design, supply and installation of Commercial Kitchen & Bars, nationwide. Working closely with each department, you will be tasked with producing detailed drawings for a range of clients using AutoCAD and Sketchup whilst also being in charge of delivering M&E drawings specific to the brief. You will be required to travel to and from site at various stages of the project from initial concept through to installation and handover.

**WHO ARE YOU**
- A good understanding of Food & Beverage and how kitchens and restaurants work and operate is desirable but not essential.
- An understanding of MEP associated with commercial kitchens
- A self driven individual who is naturally curious and wants to learn more

**SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- Possess excellent listening & communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and forward plan to manage your time and mitigate risk.
- Work under pressure in a composed & organised manner.
- A creative eye and a good attention to detail
- A basic understanding of AutoCAD or SketchUp is ideal but not essential
