**THE ROLE**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised and confident individual to join our growing team in a fast-paced and dynamic Learning and Development company. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the Design Team in the development of all Fieri’s learning and development training programmes. This role involves providing in-house artistic support to the creation of all client-facing training materials, in addition to supporting the wider sales and marketing team with design content for sales and brand promotional campaigns.

This is a full-time role and ideally we are looking for someone that is comfortable working remotely from home but can also commute to the Dunbar office on a regular basis to co-work with the team based there. We have a flexible working environment where the team can adjust their day to cater for personal appointments where possible.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To provide creative and artistic support to the Design team and wider Sales and Marketing teams within the Commercial department.
- Ensure consistency with our brand language guidelines while infusing fresh and innovative design elements into all materials to maintain brand relevance.
- Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to continually refine and improve design concepts.
- Collaborate with the wider Sales and Marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and contribute to the development of design solutions.
- Lead the standardisation of client-facing materials in alignment with the Fieri brand language.
- Ability to design and produce graphic animations for case studies and promotional films would be advantageous.
- Bring a creative and innovative approach to design challenges, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques through the generation of creative imagery and infographics for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Supporting the Design team with the development of E-Learning course content, using platforms such as Articulate Storyboard 360 (experience in this platform not essential, but demonstrable ability in gaining proficiency in new platforms is a must).
- Any additional creative tasks as advised by the Design lead, and Commercial Director.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Demonstrable experience in a graphic design / creative role (preferred)
- Confident using the full Adobe Creative Cloud Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (Essential)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in ensuring brand language consistency across all creative content.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
