**About the role**

As a Programme Designer in the Møller Institute’s Executive Education team, you will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality executive education and leadership development programmes that will engage and inspire leaders at all levels to make a positive impact in the world. You will work closely with clients and associates to co-design learning experiences that are relevant, rigorous and effective.

This role requires a highly organised individual possessing a blend of education design, project management and client engagement skills and experience.

**Salary**: £40,000-£45,000 per annum
**Hours of work**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Programme Design**:Design custom executive education and leadership development programmes tailored to clients’ specific needs and organisational goals.
- **Learning Needs Assessment**:Conduct thorough learning needs assessments to determine client aims and objectives, and participant learning outcomes.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:Work closely with associates, contributors and colleagues to co-design session plans and instructional materials in alignment with the programme objectives.
- **Learning Materials Development**:Ensure all programme learning materials, including physical and online resources, are accurate, accessible and compliant with brand guidelines.
- **Feedback Analysis**:Develop participant feedback mechanisms to assess learning impact and ROI, analyse results and implement improvements based on evaluations.
- **Post-Programme Evaluation**:Conduct comprehensive post-programme evaluations to gather and share insights to promote continuous improvement.
- **Financial Management**:Manage programme budgets, ensuring profitability targets are met and reporting is accurate and up to date.
- **Governance and Compliance**:Complete necessary paperwork for programme approval and evaluation by the Møller Institute’s Education Standards Committee.
- **Business Development Support**:Assist in business development activities alongside Client Development and Marketing colleagues.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience of designing effective, engaging classroom-based learning experiences.
- Ability to manage complex projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in conducting needs assessments and scaffolding learning to meet intended learning outcomes.
- Experience designing assessments and implementing effective feedback mechanisms.
- Proficiency in creating high-quality learning materials, including slide decks, case studies and online resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior leaders.
- Functional knowledge of facilitation techniques and workshop design desirable.

**Education**
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. ATD, QA, CMALT) desirable.
