We’re excited to be welcoming a new addition into our dynamic merchandising team. If you’re a recent graduate looking for your first full time, permanent role or you already have some experience and you’re keen to gain more, read on.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye to develop and grow with two globally recognised fashion brands. In our North-West London studio you will process new season orders, monitor stock levels, managing sell through and replenishment of stocks. We’re looking for somebody who is excited, talented and detail-orientated, an excel and admin superstar. Ideally, you’re pro-active, initiative driven, hardworking, possess strong communication skills and enjoy a collaborative team spirit.

**Duties and responsibilities to include the following**:

- Daily and weekly reporting for concessions and direct
- Running weekly allocations
- Assisting management of existing indirect sales accounts, forming great relationships with our key partners
- Setting up products for concessions and wholesale partners
- Raising purchase orders each season
- Competitive shop pricing every season
- Set up samples in our showroom and prepare for buyer’s appointments
- Ensuring that all Sales Critical path actions are completed on time
- Have an awareness and knowledge of the brands competitors and industry trends
- Visiting stores to look for improvement opportunities

- Strong Powerpoint skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Highly self-motivated, with ability to use initiative
- Happy to work within a small team which has a big personality
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- A willingness to learn

**Salary**: £22,750.00-£24,100.00 per year
