**Location: Calne SN11**

You will be an individual who has a complete understanding of the whole lettings process from start to end, be creative, ambitious, well presented, well-spoken and self-motivated. You must be sales orientated with strong customer service levels and able to deal with complex situations with empathy and understanding.
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator essential
- High level of customer service skills
- Able to be self-motivated and manage own work priorities
- Excellent client-facing skills and excellent telephone skills
- Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
- Driven, ambitious and self-motivated
- Pro-active and enjoys working both as part of a team and independently
- Local knowledge of the area preferred
- Full clean driving licence
