Maintenance Labourer

**Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage machine coolant cutting fluids, lubricants levels, monitor chemical stores and replenish stock.
- Assist maintenance engineers on breakdowns and daily routine running of the plant.
- Undertake basic facilities maintenance.
- Carry out routine inspections of facilities/maintenance equipment within the factory as directed by the maintenance manager/health and safety manager.
- Waste management ensuring correct disposal of factory waste.
- Maintain high level of housekeeping across facility.
- Support factory operations where applicable to meet customer commitments.

**Skills & qualifications**:

- Able to be proactive and problem solve with own initiative.
- Able to work individually and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, good time keeping and attendance, self-motivated.
- Ability to work safely and comply with all HSE procedures.
- Forklift truck qualification desirable but not essential.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
