My brilliant Bath based client are on the lookout for a Finance Business Partner as they move into an incredibly exciting phase of growth.
Working in a fast-paced but friendly environment, this person will support the Finance Director and will play a pivotal role in their ambitious plans.
**Key to success**:
- Develop the capability and efficiency of the FP&A team to provide solutions that deliver on the needs of business stakeholders
- Be the key Finance Business Partner to stakeholders
- Produce monthly reporting packs
- Manage forecasting
- **Good stakeholder management**:
- Commercial awareness
- Highly numerate, with analytical skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles relevant to a commercial finance role
- **Part qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)**
This is the perfect role for someone coming to the end of their studying and**full support** will be provided to reach the end goal.
