**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING**
- We're looking for an individual with a warm personality who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests.
- Customer Service experience, preferably in a Boutique Style Hotel, a good knowledge of Mews and previous experience of a similar role is desirable but not essential.

**What are your responsibilities**:

- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Process all payment types such as room charges, debit, or credit.
- Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
- Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
- Assisting guests during their stay and handling guest complaints,
- Providing all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities.
- Ensuring that all guests have the appropriate credit facilities established.
- Complete security walks on regular basic.
- Communicate to appropriate departments all pertinent information requirements and special needs for arriving VIP’s, large groups and other key guests.
- To develop interactive customer relations and to be aware of any possible future requirements. To relay such information to the line manager for the enhancement of customer expectation.
- To support other departments as and when necessary. There is an element of food and beverage with this role such as preparing and assisting with the breakfast.
- Any other ad hoc task delegated by your line manager.
