We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative individual to engage with and inspire a new generation of Engineers to support positive student experience, progress and destination. This appointment will offer the opportunity to play a key role in driving forward quality Engineering provision reflective of the highest industry practice and standards.

**These appointments offer the opportunity for EITHER current teaching practitioners OR those currently in industry looking for a career change with an ambition to teach. For the latter, the college will support individuals regarding achievement of a teaching qualification within an appropriate timescale upon joining the college.**

Applicants should be able to demonstrate, in their personal statement, practical examples of how they fulfil the person specification.
