Housekeeper

Part time child friendly housekeeper required in Heversham (nr Milnthorpe, Cumbria)

This busy professional family are looking for a long term, experienced, organised, reliable and energetic Housekeeper who will become a part of their family.

The family have got 2 children, B4.5 and B2.5. Both boys will need collecting from their school/nursery every day so a driver with their own car is essential.

All housekeeping duties will be required. Cleaning, cooking/ meal prep, laundry, ironing, running errands and general organising of the home to help things run smoothly.

£16 ph

3 or 4 days a week

Must be a driver

Family have 2 cocker spaniel dogs

January 2024 start

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum carpets and sweep floors
- Mop and disinfect hard surface floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow all health and safety regulations

- Time management: Efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods of time
- Communication: Effective verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
- Integrity: Maintain confidentiality and respect for privacy of guests
