**Job Description**:
Responsible for expanding operational knowledge and understanding, within the International Settlement Support team, of Core Applications, including, Authorizations, Settlement, Pricing and Fees.

We are looking for an enquiring, passionate, and collaborative individual that can help shape the team’s knowledge of Discover systems and processes, by championing the coaching and mentoring of the team, to avoid single point of failure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, to create documentation, including system flow, aligned with team processes.
- Leverage the team’s existing knowledge with new insights and learnings, ensuring process documentation updated.
- Attend Pricing Implementation team meetings to assist with pricing requests and to share knowledge between all stakeholders and team members, to avoid single point failure.
- Provide continuous support in all systematic/operational aspects and assist with issue resolution.
- Manage dependencies with other department functions while identifying and managing a strategic partnership across multiple teams.
- Coach and mentor all team members by planning and executing learnings from system knowledge gained.
- Demonstrate reliability, self-motivation, and a willingness to accept responsibility and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Cross functional knowledge of the Payment Network Industry focusing on operations strongly desirable.
- Strong relationship building skills with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple parallel projects and issues.
- Client focused approach with the ability to interact across all management levels.
- Desire to embrace change, successfully adapting to changing demands and conditions.
- Promote a risk-aware culture; ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with all levels of employees and management; including managing expectations, communicating issues, risks and opportunities.
- Self-motivated; demonstrated ability to work independently.
