We are seeking a Legal Assistant to be based at our central Eastbourne office.

**Duties include**
- Directly supporting one of our Commercial Property Solicitors, you will deal with all areas of administration.
- Opening files.
- Producing documents and correspondence, utilising digital audio typing as required.
- Making submissions to HMRC, HMLR and Companies House.

**You will be**
- An experienced secretary/assistant with knowledge of commercial property.
- A great communicator with fast and accurate typing skills.
- Well organised with good time management skills.

**The Offer**
- Competitive salary depending on experience.
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and an additional 2 days leave during the Christmas closure.

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch.
