**Shift Details**:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position initially involves working from the office after completing the training period, with the opportunity to work from home for two to three days per week.

**Location**: Northampton Group Support Centre, 3 Cygnet Drive, Swan Valley, Northampton, NN4 9BS

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as **a Sales Ledger Administrator**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Your focus as a Sales Ledger Administrator will be supporting the home administration team by efficiently managing the sales ledger process.

Other responsibilities include:

- Process bedsteads daily and ensure accurate recording of related transactions.
- Manage the processing of invoices, including those from local authorities, in a timely manner.
- Verify and process Direct Debit submissions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
- Assist in handling card payments over the phone with proficiency and adherence to security protocols.
- This list is not an exhaustive list of the responsibilities, and other tasks and responsibilities may be allocated to the role which is appropriate for the skills and experience expected in this role.- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or care home setting, is desirable.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
