**Main purposes of the Job.**

To maintain and improve on an ongoing basis all required aspects of all company websites and external market places as directed, including the aspects of stocking, population, general maintenance, categorising.

**Main Duties.**
- *These duties are not exhaustive and may change to cover business needs. _
- Ensuring that new products are listed onlineand external marketplaces as quickly and efficiently as possible. Creating product descriptions and linking images.
- Site walks to raise any potential issues -broken links, incorrect product descriptions, placement, imagery & general housekeeping on the sites.
- Monitoring competitor activity & suggesting ways to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate stocking of products and Liaising with suppliers to ensure this.
- Responsible for developing our product categories through ongoing optimisation and maintenance of existing product data across core categories across our ecommerce sites.
- Enriching data across all websites, and external marketplaces including new filters, new data points and working on filling data gaps.
- Optimising our products using your newly acquired in-depth product knowledge. This will include requesting new imagery, making feature & benefit content changes, and updating upsells and cross-sells.
- Working to implement our site wide promotions such as Black Friday and January Sales.
- Working with other areas of the business like Customer Experience and Sales to provide cohesive and clear journeys for customers addressing key feedback.
- Liaise and maintain a good rapport with suppliers.
- Successfully prioritise and organise workloads as these become time critical.
- Use of various IT systems (not exhaustive of: Microsoft, Rightworx Ltd Systems, Photoshop)
- The on boarding of new suppliers into the Rightworx portfolio.
- Contribute to internal and external meetings (where appropriate).
- Ensuring the Maintenance of both Google & Trustpilot feedback scores.
- Monitoring daily communications and answering queries.
- Liaising with third party providers and suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
- Feedback requests.
- Liaising with Operations to ensure the smooth representation of stock on/off site
- Compliance with all company Health and Safety Policies/Regulations

- Accurate Stock & Merchandising Control at all times.
- Achieve personal and business objectives set out.
- Promotional Opportunity’s & Price Changes actioned in a time critical manner.
- Delivering Accurate Content to the website.
- Improving customer conversion by maximising supplier rapport and creating exclusive offers and availability.
- Complete any objectives set.
- Accurate Work.
- Hit necessary deadlines.
- Deliver a culture of collaborative working, esulting in high performance and customer driven teams.
- Ensure a high quality, customer focused service at all times.

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
