We’re a boutique search consultancy ( so that’s headhunting to most people) focused exclusively on the independent healthcare and education sectors. We hire to single roles or complete teams and we work with a wide range of clients including household names and private equity investors and, as a result of a period of sustained growth, we’re looking for a new researcher to join our team.

That’s the role - so what are we looking for? Intelligence, focus, resilience and a few years of outbound telesales experience under your belt in an environment that was all about making the right call rather than just a lots of calls, because we work in a market where we have to make every call count.

In return we’ll offer you a competitive salary and an exceptional bonus scheme; beyond this there’s a real opportunity to develop yourself into a Search Executive role where six figure earnings are the norm

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bristol, BS32
