**The Albex Group's **newest member, **Rainbow Dust Ltd** is looking for a **Colour Technologist **(Food Industry) to join our team.

**Principal Objectives**:
To assist with the manufacturing of a variety of quality colour-matched mixes to enable the production team to operate effectively and efficiently.
**Key Tasks (Specific)**:
- Manufacture bulk recipes as per the production plan and ensure correct product specification and quality standards are achieved.
- Adhere to policies and standard operating procedures for all aspects of manufacturing.
- Ensure paperwork is completed and relevant information is recorded, and all necessary records and quality data are maintained.
- Assist in the formulation and preparation of samples for trials as requested by NPD team.
- To observe and conform with all company policies and procedures.
- Proactive and enthusiastic contribution to all aspects of the company’s day to day functioning.
- Responsible for the quality, legality and food safety, through the compliance of company procedures.

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Able to work well under pressure without supervision.
- Proactive and organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
