Telemarketing Executive

Our client based in Stourbridge, is a growing Business Development & Sales training company that works across multiple industries such as IT, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Distribution and Professional Services. Due to expansion, they are looking to takeon an energetic, outgoing and proactive Telemarketing Executive. This role is a hybrid working role.

This role will involve contacting businesses and booking qualified appointments for their clients sales representatives to attend. It will involve spotting new opportunities and opening new relationships. It is a fantastic opportunity to embark on a careerin sales within one of the fastest growing sectors within the UK. They are looking for passionate people who can live the spirit of the challenge and are able to think on their feet and be professional. Full training will be provided.

**Duties**:

- Taking ownership of generating new leads for the business and aiming to maximise the potential from each call with an excellent telephone manner and upbeat outlook.
- To inform potential client's on the company’s products and services.
- To use company databases to gain potential leads.
- To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business.
- To build relationships with colleagues and clients.
- To deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our company values.

**Requirements**:

- Sales Orientated - Able to identify sales opportunities and cross sell.
- Be confident when speaking with decision makers.
- Attentive to customer needs.
- Speak business level English language
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- A positive approach to objection handling
- Financially motivated, energetic and reliable with a hunger to succeed.
- Upbeat and organised

**Salary**:

- Basic salary circa £22,000
- Commission on top of basic salary.
