Our Credit Control function is a dynamic team of individuals who thrive on giving an excellent service to our customers, making doing business with us an enjoyable experience. **What will I be doing as a Credit Controller?**
- Provide overdue reporting and sales and general ledger analysis
- Review new account requests and report accordingly
- Ensure disputed invoices are actioned and chased for resolution; provide customers with copy invoices/credit notes and statements as requested

**About You**:
**What are we looking for in a Credit Controller?**
- Knowledge of credit control with a customer centric approach
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, Word and Excel in particular and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Able to work at pace and deal with a high volumes of queries with a good problem solving mindset
