Following a recent acquisition and expansion of Oakfield Estate Agents we recruiting for a **BRANCH ADMINSTRATOR** to join our branch in Bexhill.
Established in 1996 Oakfield is a leading independent agent in East Sussex with branches in Hastings, Bexhill, Eastbourne, Lewes, Heathfield and Uckfield as well as a Head Office in St Leonards. Oakfield offer Sales, Lettings and Block Management services to our Clients and pride ourselves on having an excellent team to support our Clients.
To be a successful Branch Administrator you need to be able to juggle many tasks at once, the ability to prioritise and manage your time efficiently is essential. You will provide essential day to day support to the Sales and Lettings team in the branch so you will be heavily depended upon. The team will be attending viewings, meeting with Clients to take on properties as well as agreeing sales and lets on the properties we have on the market, you will be able to assist with all aspects of this and provide support where necessary.
The day to day key aspects of the role are:
- Prepare the listing details for properties being marketed by Oakfield for both sales and lettings taking the time and care to ensure that we particulars prepared fully highlight the key aspects of the property
- Organise the diary for the branch and confirm appointments for the sales and lettings teams
- Ensure that we have all the necessary legal documents when marketing a property and carry out the necessary anti money laundering checks
- Facilitate the ordering and subsequent collection of Oakfield For Sale / To Let boards
- Ensure that the branch keys are correctly accounted for
- Ensure that the branch is organised and presentable at all times
- Keep the branch property displays up to date
- Provide any other necessary support to the teams
During the working day you’ll spend a great deal of your time liaising with Clients as well as writing descriptions for properties so excellent communication skills both verbally and written are essential.

Salary & working hours - The role is a full time role Monday - Saturday 8:30am to 5:30pm with a day off in the week but these hours must be considered flexible as often additional hours are needed to fully fulfil the role. The salary we’re offering is £20,000 - £26,000 per annum based on experience.
