Due to the continued growth of LADbible Group we are recruiting for a Junior Campaign Executive to join our talented Ad Ops & Programmatic team. This opportunity calls for someone who will set up digital advertising campaigns in an ad operations capacity, as well as ensure client's requirements and KPIs are met.

You must have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise your time effectively.

**What the opportunity looks like**
- Loading and trafficking various sized campaigns, and monitoring within Google Ads Manager (Direct IO, PG and PMPs)
- Supporting the team with communications, raising Orders, campaign support for campaigns, screenshots, general queries, OMS fulfilment queue management and admin, ownership of vendor billing.
- Ownership of Avails/Reserving/Booking process; regularly checking Salesforce against requests and managing availability.
- Ensure that campaign documentation is stored centrally for screenshots, reports, case studies, media plans, and other collateral
- Uploading and testing of 3rd party creative tags/tracking
- Troubleshooting and suggesting areas of improvement/optimisations to ensure campaigns are hitting client KPIs and advertising benchmarks
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver best-in-class display advertising

**Skills and experience we'd like you to have**
- Experience working in an AdOps is an advantage but not required.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to work as a part of a team, share ideas, and drive the team forward.
- Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with your team members, other departments, and clients
- An interest in keeping on top of industry trends in online advertising and ad operations
- Have an inquisitive mind, looking at ways that LADbible delivers clients requirements and is always pushing the bar to ensure we give the best possible experience.
- Been responsible and accountable for business-critical tasks
- To be able to successfully manage multiple tasks of varying priorities
