Eventus Legal are seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join the property department of a well-established, trusted law firm based in Tameside.

**Role Responsibilities**

The incoming Senior Associate Solicitor will be supervising and supporting the members of the property team and managing a varied caseload of files including:

- Sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfer of equity
- Commercial leases including renewals and terminations
- Finance

You’ll be the key to further developing this department and will attend networking events and support the marketing of the firm.

**Person Specification**

Applications are sought from Senior Associate Solicitors with a minimum of 8 years PQE to support the solicitors and fee earners in the department.

You will be:

- Client focussed with demonstrable service excellence
- Dynamic

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to further develop the commercial property department within the firm.
