Intermodal Co-ordinator

Overview:
We are currently seeking a Intermodal Coordinator to join our team. This is a crucial role in our organization, as you will play a key part in ensuring smooth logistics and customer satisfaction. If you have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:
Processing intermodal bookings, ensuring systems match. Booking Outsider contractors In/Out, Excel work

Liaising with operations team.

Maintain a high level of customer service.

Respond/resolve customer queries.

Maintain an excellent relationship with customers and visiting contractors

**Requirements**:
Ideally, a minimum of 1 years experience however not essential as training will be provided, strong communication skills, computer skills, punctual and reliable.

You will be initially based at 1 of our 2 rail Terminals based in either Rotherham or Tinsley.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,287.35-£34,170.67 per year
