Our client is searching for a proactive, commercially minded person to join their friendly team as an Accounts and Tax Senior, providing tailored, high standard accounting services to a wide variety of clients across the Highlands. With an experience-basedsalary and bonus scheme and great opportunities for career progression, this role would suit an individual with experience in the accounting field, with qualifications being very beneficial but not essential. A remote/hybrid working model will be consideredon an individual basis.

**About The Role**

As an Accounts and Tax Senior, you will be a capable beacon within the office. Managing complex accounting needs and able to manage conflicting deadlines, you'll be an approachable senior member of the team, able to communicate exceptionally well with clientsand colleagues, providing excellent feedback, support, and coaching to junior members and collaborating with the senior management team to deliver on business needs. Common duties will include:

- VAT Return assistance and review for clients
- Managing and delivering on multiple client accounts
- Research and contribution to unique advisory topics.

**About You**
- A great commercial understanding of pricing and working within time and fee budgets
- Strong technical skills
- Accounting qualification would be beneficial, but not necessarily essential with the right experience.
