Our clients, a well-respected and professional Surveying company, are looking to recruit a Residential Valuation Surveyor in the Taunton area.

The role is field-based and will be working from home covering the Taunton area and a 30/40 mile radius incorporating Somerset and Devon.

Our clients are seeking an experienced and qualified Surveyor to carry out Valuation Surveys, Homebuyers and Full structural reports.

**Key responsibilities included in the role of a Residential Surveyor**:

- Valuations
- Homebuyers Reports
- Building surveys

**Working hours**:

- Monday - Friday 8.30 am
- 5 pm

**In return, our clients are offering the following for the successful Residential Valuation Surveyor**:

- £40,000 -£50,000 Basic salary

**In addition, they are also offering the successful Residential Valuation Surveyor the following benefits**:
