Couterbalance Forklift Driver

**FORKLIFT DRIVER (cOUTERBALANCE) / WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE FOOD PRODUCTION - WAREHOUSE**

**Monday and Friday**

**07.00am /07.30 - 5PM**

**About the role;**

Working effectively and safely as part of team, timely and accurate completion of a multitude of various functions from goods in, despatch, order picking and stock control functions. All task are executed safely to meet customer, company and regulatory standards.

**What we are looking for;**
- COUNTERBALANCE DRIVER / WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE 50/50%
- Food manufacturing / warehouse experience; wet/cold working environment and some **fridge/freezer** environment.
- Manual handling experience
- Basic Maths & English for picking/splitting orders, checking numbers and scanning
- Good knowledge of food hygiene however, full training will be given.
- H&S Qualification
- Scanning System knowledge
- IT literate

**What the role involves;**
- Work safely and consistently in warehouse according to your training and business standards
- Work effectively and accurately to ensure all business processes are completed according to procedures for goods in, transfers, despatch, order picking and stock counting whilst maintaining traceability and promoting RFT approach to transactions on companysystems
- Co-operate with supervisor and effectively plan your work to deliver optimal results against the daily plan
- Adapt to tasks as instructed by supervisor working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the work required
- Take ownership and care of all equipment in your area reporting any defects to supervisor or manager
