**Package**: £21,000 - £22,000 + commission (OTE: £25,000)
Property Inspector required for a leading independent Estate Agency based from their Didsbury office.
If you are looking to build a career in property then this could be the role for you, in return you can expect a basic salary of up to £22,000 plus commission and excellent opportunities for progression.
As a Property Inspector you will have a portfolio of properties which you will arrange to visit for regular inspections, liaising with tenants and landlords to give notice and schedule a convenient time.
On average you will undertake 25 - 30 inspections a week so you will need to be exceptionally organised to ensure these are planned and completed.
During the inspection you will take notes regarding the general condition of the property, including any potential maintenance that needs to be addressed. A report is created after each visit including recommendations for any works that need to be undertaken and the report is given to the landlord. Any action that is required or recommended is followed up by the Property Manager responsible for managing the property.
The role of the Property Inspector is varied and fulfils an important part of the service our client offers to landlords who entrust their property to their Property Management team.
