Extrusion Operator

**Position: Extrusion Operator**

**Location: North Wales**

**Salary: £12.00 p/h**

**HRGO Recruitment are recruiting Extrusion Operators in the North Wales area for our client who is looking to expand their team. Positions are 3-6 month fixed term contract and are due to start immediately.**

**Main Duties / Responsibilities**:

- Analyse production plan and material requirements for the shift.
- Complete production data sheets as required, in line with company operating procedures.
- Collect material requirements for manufacture of product
- Manufacture product in accordance with the production plan and company quality procedures.
- Manufacture product to ensure delivery output, quality and customer targets are achieved.
- Constantly monitor machine run during manufacture.
- Utilise machine problem solving techniques to maintain manufacturing output.
- Record and monitor tooling and usage data.
- Carry out product testing requirements in accordance with company quality procedures.
- Movement of work in progress to other departments.
- Preparation of packaging.
- Delivery of finished goods to storage area/other departments.
- Monitor and record work in progress stock.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with Health and Safety & Environmental requirements.
