The position will suit a person looking to have flexibility with their working hours and schedule, mainly day time work, with some evenings and weekends mixed between the team.

Roll/duties will include
- Opening the kitchen
- Cleaning and closing down the kitchen to the expected level
- Preparation for larger meals
- Assisting with serving a limited bar menu
- Completing small prep lists independently
- Preparing and cooking some small scale meals/breakfasts
- Deep cleaning areas of the kitchen and equipment
- Assisting the setting of dining rooms
