**Cafe Assistant / Barista (part-time, casual)**

£7.80 - £9.50 per hour

The Gardeners’ Retreat Café at Borde Hill Garden are hiring

We are looking for a friendly and passionate individual to join our small catering team in our busy café at Borde Hill Garden near Haywards Heath.

Previous experience in making barista coffee and working in a café / catering environment would be advantageous but not essential.

**F&B Assistant main role responsibilities**:

- Taking orders and delivering food
- Making barista style hot drinks
- Compliance with standards of presentation, hygiene, health & safety and company policy
- Delivering excellent customer experiences
- Assisting with food preparation where required
- Cash handling
- Carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.00 per hour
