On Track Education in Northampton is a not for profit independent special school which opened in 2010 and is registered for 48 students aged 11 to 19. The school was last rated a ‘good’ school by Ofsted in November 2017.

We support our pupils to fulfil their potential by giving them unconditional support, providing them with good quality teaching and empowering them to effectively manage their own behaviour.

We are looking for a creative, empathetic, patient and flexible professional, with a positive attitude, to join our school team as a Tutor or Trainee Tutor. This is a great opportunity to join a group of compassionate professionals who provide high quality education to all pupils.

- Implement an effective and enjoyable curriculum which enables and encourages all pupils to make good progress and achieve their potential
- Continually develop a progressive curriculum and cross-curricular opportunities across the school
- Support other staff to deliver high quality lessons

- A recognised teaching qualification or considerable educational experience
- A passion for working with pupils with SEN
- The ability to deliver lessons that are informative, interesting and inspiring

Salary £20,430 - £24,910 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. This is the actual salary you will receive as you will be paid all year round including the school holidays.
