**The Role**

This role involves the direct leadership of the smart repairing team. Close liaison with the valet team will be required to maintain the workflow in the smart repair team. You will be required to monitor the daily tasks assigned to team members, review completed jobs to make sure they fall in line with issued cinch automotive group standards and liaise with the Production Manager on daily production targets and report any associated risks.

**Responsibilities**
- Ascertain job requirements from published production targets.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurately completed and that all Company procedures are followed.
- Complete all tasks up to the Company standard.
- Notify line-manager of any reasons why tasks cannot be completed in a timely and accurate manor.
- Ensure all employment, environmental, Health & Safety, PPE and other policies are strictly adhered to, always operating within the law.
- Always maintain a safe working environment.

**Skills and expertise**
- A proven knowledge and practical inspection experience is essential.
- The ability to follow work instructions and complete required tasks with a view of achieving daily production targets.
