At **National Car Parks** we are looking to recruit a **Full time** **Car Park Attendant** to join our already established team right in the heart of Luton. The role will be covering multiple NCP Car Parks within and around the Luton area. If you have experience in Customer Service, Security, or you’re looking at a new start - then we would love to hear from you.

You will be part of a friendly team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Grounds maintenance when necessary including weeding, painting and cleaning
- Painting road markings and general cosmetics keeping the area fresh
- Small maintenance work and other handy work
- Engaging with customers and providing excellent customer service
- Operating state of the art Car Park Equipment
- Implementing traffic control measures - regulating entry and exit of vehicles
- Conducting regular foot patrols and monitoring the safety of the Car Park

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or security is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work as part of a close team and alone as and when required
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- UK Full Manual Driving License essential
