We have an exciting opportunity at Derbyshire Recovery Partnership for someone who is passionate about beginning a career in the substance misuse sector.

As a trainee, the role will involve developing the skill set, knowledge and competencies to become a Substance Misuse Practitioner, via a mixture of training, coaching and practice
- based learning.

This role will be based at the Town Hall in Ripley, working 30 hours per week, days/times to be arranged with the successful applicant. Ripley is a lovely market town in picturesque Derbyshire, and is just off the A38 making it very easily accessible

We role is based in a busy community drug and alcohol service. It will involve developing the skills to offer a range of harm reduction interventions and structured key working, to support service users in a care-planned and recovery focussed way to attain improved health outcomes and achieve their personalised treatment goals.
