A general construction company offering a complete range of high-quality services, working with partners in a diverse range of sectors including retail, residential and commercial markets.

Formed in January 2017 Sanper Construction Ltd has gone from strength to strength, supplying project/facilities management and fulfilling ongoing maintenance and repairs contracts for public services (including the prison services) and also undertaking larger single trade projects throughout new build and other various construction contracts.

With an expanding workload we are looking to recruit a Multi-Trader to come and join our team, this position allows the applicant to work flexibly on challenging and varied projects.

We offer great flexibility and competitive rates of pay. Tradesperson must have a **relevant qualification in carpentry.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ability to carry out work to a high standard
- Complete schedule of works issued in agreed timeframe
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with all safe operating procedures specific to the industry
- A good knowledge of general multi building works including some aspects of snagging, plumbing, joinery, plastering, painting & decorating
- Ability to carry out work to a high standard
- Complete schedule of works issued in agreed timeframe
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Take responsibility for flagging variations in work against schedule
- Manage own time effectively
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Qualification in plumbing or carpentry**:

- **Holder of a Full UK Drivers Licence**:

- **Understands KPIs and client/stakeholder requirements and contract deliverables**:

- **Excellent communication skills**:

- **Ability to deliver a great quality job on time**:

- **CSCS card required**
**You must**:

- Speak fluent English
- Have own transport & tools
- Be able to operate power tools
- Hold a full UK drivers licence
- Have at least 3 years site experience
- Be hardworking, punctual and reliable
- Have previous construction site experience
- Have a good work ethic
- Be respectful towards clients and the public
- Have pride in you work with a good eye for detail
- Provide full references
- Adhere to company policies whilst on site
