**SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT**

Graham Pest Control is Scotland’s largest independent pest control firm. We are a family run business and believe in a Responsive, Professional, Passionate and Caring approach when dealing with our valued customers.

This is a fulltime position (40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am-5pm) and involves carrying out all admin work connected with the delivery of service to our contract customers, including:

- Setting up new pest control contracts on our system
- Creating client accounts, schedules of work & maintaining contracts
- Providing admin support for Surveyors, Technicians & Management

Skills required:

- Proven experience in office administration (service contracts would be an advantage)
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- An analytical approach to problem solving and understanding complex processes
- Accurate work output and a keen eye for detail
- Friendly, helpful and patient attitude
