Crouch Butchers are recruiting for a permanent full time experienced Butcher to join the team in the Bearsted branch.

The team at Bearsted are hardworking, motivated and passionate about providing quality meat to both public and professional customers. Crouch Butchers have three branches, based in Bearsted, Wadhurst and Staplehurst. Crouch Butchers are not only known for their quality meat, but also renowned for their handmade pies, quiches, cakes, locally sourced ranges and so much more
- Accurate and high standards of butchery in all sectors
- Sausage making skills
- Preparation of meat for retail sales and catering customers
- Working as part of a team but confident with a degree of autonomy
- Ability to develop new business
- An exemplary standard of customer service
- Clean and hygienic working practices that adhere to food safety standards
- Flexibility to work in Crouch Butchers' other branches when required
- Strong English language skills in both spoken and written mediums
- Butchery experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent customer service
- To be punctual and highly motivated
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not essential)
- A full UK Driving License
- Competitive Basic Salary (depending on experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 46.5 per week

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
