Accounts Assistant

This company has an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a nationwide provider of Open Space Management, to assist with day-to-day transactional processing. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant with the desire to further theirown development, whilst being part of the continued growth of an ambitious and successful business.
They are about to embark on their single largest investment to date, the design and implementation of a bespoke "state of the art" CRM system that will enable them to automate the majority of their processes/activities and provide real-time monitoring and reportingon our performance.
The Person
If you have gained experience within accounting/accounts administration and are looking for that next step (leap) in your career, they would love to hear from you. Your previous experience may have been gained working for a major house builder or service providerbut what is important is the willingness and ability to do what is right.
You may be working towards, or eager to start your AAT qualification, however, what's most important is that you are confident with a can-do attitude.
Main Responsibilities
- Completing routine processes such as raising invoices in line with business schedules
- Achieving quality standards and fully reconciled accounts
- Completing routine processes and achieving KPIs
- Ensuring clients' requirements & expectations are met in a courteous and professional manner
- Identifying areas of improvement within current systems
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed
- Achieving quality standards and fully reconciled customer accounts
Key Skills
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Previous Experience in using SAP Desirable
- Work efficiently under pressure
- Highly motivated, reliable, with the commitment to complete activities
- Ability to prioritise your own workload
